While we do not accept insurance for our services, we recommend that clients maintain health insurance coverage for other medical needs. This ensures that your overall healthcare needs are fully supported, while benefiting from our direct, tailored mental health services.
Must be 18 and older.
You will have access to the provider's schedule to make your own appointment. Most will be the same or next day service. But you will always have access to your provider via messenger.
The Direct Patient Care model is a membership-based approach to healthcare where patients pay a fixed monthly fee for comprehensive services, bypassing the need for insurance. This model allows for personalized, high-quality care without the stress of hidden fees or billing complications.
When you join the DPC program, you pay a set monthly fee that covers your healthcare services, including appointments, treatment plans, and other included benefits. This ensures that you receive the care you need without worrying about co-pays or out-of-pocket expenses.
No, we do not accept insurance for our DPC services. This allows us to focus on providing more personalized, comprehensive care. However, we advise that you maintain health insurance for other medical needs such as hospital visits, specialist care, or prescriptions unrelated to our services.
The DPC model offers several benefits, including direct access to your provider, transparent pricing with no surprise bills, longer appointments, and more personalized care tailored specifically to your needs. It fosters a stronger patient-provider relationship and emphasizes preventive and holistic care.
Yes! While our services are provided outside of insurance, we recommend keeping health insurance for hospital care, specialist visits, or additional medical expenses that may arise outside of our scope of services.
The membership includes mental health medication management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions, and a medically supervised weight loss program. The specific services you receive will be part of a curated health plan tailored to your individual needs.
The monthly fee is typically a flat rate that covers the core services outlined in your membership. However, we work closely with you to ensure that your care plan is tailored to your specific health goals and needs.
Direct Patient Care enhances your healthcare experience by removing the complexities of insurance, providing you with longer, more meaningful visits with your provider, and ensuring that your care is customized to address your specific health needs. You can focus on your health, knowing that your care is affordable and personalized.
Yes, members of the Direct Patient Care (DPC) model can use their insurance for labs, prescriptions, and other services not covered by the membership. Many patients choose to maintain insurance for additional medical needs like lab tests, imaging, hospital visits, and prescription medications. This allows for flexibility in managing your overall healthcare while benefiting from the personalized, cost-effective care provided through the DPC model.
Yes. You will have to sign a waiver that will declare that neither you nor your provider will bill Medicare for our services, but Medicare will be available to you for medications, laboratories, procedures, hospitalizations and other things that are prescribed by our practice.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take patients with Medicaid. An executive order prohibits private agreements with Medicaid recipients. This includes Passport or any company that administers Medicaid.
Certainly. We just ask you to give us 30 days notice so we can tie up any loose ends and give you a chance to find another Provider. If you pay quarterly or annually, you will be refunded the remaining balance. We do allow for re-enrollment after cancellation, but members will be charged a re-enrollment fee of $100 before service can be reinstated.
